What are the key stages of collaboration?
  1. Startup Pitch and Due Diligence
Briefly share your business pitch, validate the stated metrics, and showcase your product, technology, intellectual property, and obligations (due diligence). If the market size is over 60 billion KZT/year, MRR exceeds 5 million KZT/month, and there is growth potential, we proceed further. Timeline: one week.

Together, we discuss the vision for what your company should become, conduct an evaluation, and make an offer. The average investment check is $200k (minimum $50k, maximum $500k). The due diligence process and initial funding typically take 2 to 3 months.

Key point: we value your company conservatively but take an active role, leveraging our expertise and network to drive rapid and controlled growth in your business's value.
2. Company Design
"For a ship that does not know which harbor it is heading to, no wind will be favorable" (Lucius Annaeus Seneca). More than 56% of companies fail due to incorrect target market assessment, 40% due to a mismatch between the product and demand, and 16% due to "scattered" spending caused by a lack of clear vision.

Founders and their teams are more successful when they have a clear “blueprint” for their company (Company Design). Axiom assists in creating this blueprint by providing a clear understanding of the market and competitive landscape, customer profile, product (storyboard), objectives, business and financial model, technology, team, and the company’s development roadmap. Company Design serves as the foundation for a partnership with Axiom Capital. Timeline: one month.

Key point: To minimize burn rate and risks, we do not invest in companies without a clear understanding of what you are building.
3. Rhythmic Business Development Cycle
We invest based on the milestones outlined in the development roadmap. Through regular plan-vs-actual tracking by the Board, aligned with the Company Design, we promptly identify deviations and support the founder.

Our focus is on growing MRR, NPS, and EBITDA. To accelerate the path to profitability, we provide data on target customers and channel partners in the Enterprise B2B market, introduce key decision-makers, and assist in critical negotiations.

We help establish processes such as Marketing-to-Lead, Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Hire-to-Retire. By offering templates, case studies, and consulting the team, we enable founders to focus on their business. We ensure financial discipline and transparent accounting, facilitating access to working capital financing and driving profitability.
4. Next-Stage Investments
Axiom Capital's goal is to grow your business to achieve an exit with a 4x multiple within three years. To ensure further exponential growth, we seek a suitable next-stage investor who shares your vision and has the capacity to expand your customer base and elevate your valuation to the next level.

These investors could include growth-stage corporate, venture capital, or private equity funds with investment tickets starting from $1 million. They may also have the option to buy out Axiom's stake and inject additional capital into your company.

To make this happen, we aim to achieve an MRR of 150 million KZT per month, an NPS of +50%, a client base of at least 30 enterprise accounts, an EBITDA of 30% with audited financials, and a strategy for sustained exponential growth.
